Felipe Assis - Senior Pastor

  • Felipe Assis was born in Brazil but was raised between his native country and the United States. He has earned a TH. B from Seminario Presbiteriano do Norte and M.Div from Reformed Theological Seminary. Felipe has previously founded and pastored two other churches in Recife, Brazil.

    In 2008, at the invitation of Redeemer City to City, Felipe with his wife Beth and (then two) young daughters moved to Miami to plant Crossbridge Church to serve as a catalyst to a gospel movement in Miami.

    Beth holds a master’s degree in mental health psychology and international education and deeply complements Felipe in ministry. Together, they enjoy life in Miami with their four daughters.

Tony Goudie - Campus Director, Youth Pastor & Children’s Director

  • I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and I’m a first-generation American. My family came to the United States from Cuba during a time of civil unrest. I’ve spent more than 30 years of my life in Key Biscayne, a community that I deeply love and have had the privilege of serving as a coach, mentor, and leader. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to invest in generations of children, students, and families, and those relationships have helped shape my heart for ministry.

    I began serving in church ministry more than a decade ago and have been blessed to serve in a variety of roles along the way. At the heart of everything I do is a simple desire: to help people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out the Gospel in their everyday lives.

    My wife, Becky, and I have two daughters, Nani, who serves on the worship team, and Nia Maya. Ministry has truly become a family calling for us. Becky has been a Christian educator for nearly 20 years and has faithfully served in children’s ministry in various roles for the better part of the last 15 years. Her heart for children, education, and helping the next generation know Jesus has been an incredible part of our family’s life and ministry.

    Today, I have the privilege of serving Crossbridge Key Biscayne as Campus Director, Youth Pastor, Children’s Ministry Director, and Small Groups Director. I also serve the Key Biscayne Presbyterian School community as Chaplain.

    My desire is to see Crossbridge Key Biscayne continue to grow as a Christ-centered church that loves God, loves people, builds strong families, and intentionally disciples the next generation. I believe God has uniquely positioned our church to be a light for Jesus on the island, and my prayer is that our impact would extend far beyond Key Biscayne as we help people discover the hope, grace, and transforming power of the Gospel.

Danny Johnson - Worship Director

  • Pierre De Agostini is a native of French Polynesia with French and Italian background and a resident of Miami for more than 40 years . He manages mid size corporations in the dairy and real estate industries . He served as a Deacon for Crossbridge Key Biscayne and is now currently serving as a ruling Elder and a Board Member of the Presbyterian school  . He is also the Co-Founder and current President of the Key Biscayne Children and Education Foundation . He is married to Magbis and together they have been blessed to  raise 3 children

Carlos Gadala-María

  • Carlos Gadala-María is a Miami-based senior executive with over 30 years of experience across financial services, wealth management, global banking, and corporate operations. 

    He recently joined Seaview Investment Managers as Managing Partner, where he is responsible for firm strategy and growth.  

    Carlos’s most recent role was as Chief Executive Officer & President of VectorGlobal WMG, a position he held since 2007, where he led firm-wide strategy, organizational development, institutional relationships, and regional expansion. 

    Before that, he spent eight years at American Express as Senior Director and Region Head, overseeing business development and high-value corporate and institutional client relationships.

    Earlier in his financial services career, he served as Senior Portfolio Manager at Americas Trust Bank (formerly JPBT Advisors), managing fixed income institutional mutual funds and high-net-worth portfolios with a global mandate. 

    Prior to that, Carlos held various positions in operations and engineering, with roles as Production Manager at the Miami Herald Media Company and as a Development Engineer in General Motors’ Saginaw Division.

    Carlos earned an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Miami. His multidisciplinary background in finance, accounting, and engineering forms his analytical approach to investment management and strategic leadership. A native Spanish speaker fluent in English, with conversational proficiency in French and Portuguese, he brings strong cross-cultural capabilities to international and Latin American markets.

  • Maureen grew up in New Jersey and has lived in Miami for 25 years.  After a career in Private Banking in NY, Santiago, Chile and Miami and helping to establish Habitat for Humanity as a volunteer in Chile, she joined Miami Habitat for Humanity, where she works in fundraising.

    Maureen has been passionate about serving the church throughout the years, in kids' ministry, facilitating a women's bible study, on the Finance Committee, as a Deacon and most recently as Treasurer.
