Nilza is a licensed minister, a motivational speaker, and a founder of several initiatives addressing the needs of marginalized communities. In her time in both New York and Miami, Nilza has been dedicated to serving marginalized communities, ministering to families, and empowering women to share their stories. She currently works as the Executive Director and Program Manager for City to City North America, a non-profit organization that provides resources and training for leaders and churches in major cities across the US and Canada.
